How many attempts can I have at the exam?
There is no limit on the amount of attempts at an exam.
How computer literate do I need to be to take an online course?
Taking an online course is similar to reading a book. You can navigate though the chapters and pages in the same manner simply by clicking where you want to go. Instructions are provided throughout the course, and you can reach out for help via email, telephone or chat.
Is Access Instant?
Yes. Once you have completed the registration process you will receive an email immediately with your log in information. You may want to check your "junk folder" if you do not see it right away.
Can I do the course in more than one sitting?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to work at the course at your own pace. The system will remember where you left off and start you there the next time you log in.
Can I use different computers or tablets to access the course?
Yes, this is no problem. You can access your account 24/7 from any computer or tablet that has an Internet connection.
What do I do if my password doesn’t work?
